Vacanza Complex - Benidorm

The location was perfect, we could drive to an outdoor water park in about 10 minutes. It was a short walk to good places to go with directions, 4 great amusement parks and bars. Our stay there was REALLY GREAT; would return here.

Location was comfortable and unbeatable, we reached a huge outdoor water park within 10 minutes by driving. Kitchenette was available for us to cook.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The pool complex was spacious and well-maintained, with attentive lifeguards. The location felt secure, requiring a key for access. The host Juan was extremely helpful and accommodating, even holding our bags after check-out. We would definitely return.

I had a blast trying out different activities like windsurfing, diving, and fishing. The airport was conveniently close, and the outdoor pool was a refreshing treat. The area even offered golfing and horse riding, so I felt like a sports superstar!

Oh, how I loved cramming all my clothes into a tiny washing machine! The toaster was so thrilling to use.

The owner arranged for mobility scooters and taxis, making it incredibly easy for us to explore the area. Value for money was excellent. The room was super clean, modern, and had a nice view from the balcony. The location was great, quiet at night but a short walk to bars and restaurants. The staff, especially Juan, were amazing. He greeted us warmly, gave us advice on places to go, and even helped us arrange taxis and a doctor when my mom hurt her leg. He checked in on us regularly and was always available when needed. Superb experience overall!

Breakfast choices could be better, but there is a convenient supermarket across the road.

I booked my parents a well-deserved break at this superb place. Juan, the manager, was first class from start to finish. He warmly welcomed them, gave great advice on places to visit and even arranged taxis and a doctor when my mom got hurt. The spotless and modern rooms had a lovely view from the balcony. We enjoyed the quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lifeguard at the pool was attentive and made us feel safe.

the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom made it uncomfortable, especially with five people staying in one apartment. The shower was also inadequate for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at the complex. Juan, the host, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great holiday. He even showed us how everything worked in the apartment when we arrived late at night. the complex itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Although the pool was closed for the season, we were allowed to use the pool at the hotel next door, which was a great bonus. the area of Benidorm was also beautiful, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and amenities within walking distance. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again to Juan for making our holiday so enjoyable!

The apartment complex was clean and well maintained. the apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, including a washing machine which came in handy. the pool was fantastic and offered a great place to relax. the location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and local buses, beach, stores, restaurants, and an open market within walking distance. Buses were also available to take us to amusement parks.

The apartment itself was quite dated. There was no cleaning service during our stay, and no change of towels or bed linen.
